Pumpkin pie is a traditional dessert
in British and American cuisine. As a rule, it is baked after the harvest in

recipe for pumpkin pie contains: 200 g wheat flour, 700 g pumpkin, 200 ml
condensed milk 100 g butter, 3 eggs, 5 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp fresh grated ginger, 1
tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground cloves, 1/4 tsp salt.
To
make pumpkin pie, first prepare the ingredients for the dough. In a large bowl,
mix the flour with 3 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp salt. Softened butter cut into
cubes and add to flour mixture. Mash the butter with the flour with your hands
till the formation of fine crumbs. Whisk in to the mixture 1 egg and knead the
dough. Wrap the resulting dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
At
this time, prepare the filling for the pie. Pumpkin peel and cut into cubes,
place in a steamer or a pressure cooker and steam for 20 minutes. Next cool
