Recipe to Make Sweet Pudding With Fruits

The holiday season simply would not be the same without the traditional sweet bread and fruit puddings . Each family has its tricks and tastes, dividing between breads with polished fruits, nuts, chocolate , or all kinds of mixed ingredients.
Let's learn how to prepare a simple and tasty sweet bread or pudding with fruit, as this preparation will serve both.

1. We started by preparing all the necessary ingredients, so as not to get in trouble. Depending on the taste of the diners, we will chop into pieces of suitable size polished fruits, nuts, almonds, peanuts, raisins , candied fruits, chestnuts, figs, and others. Already chopped, put them in a cup with a little rum, to flavor.
2. Then we make the leavening (the "sponge") with 300 gr. Of flour, 25 gr. Of fresh yeast, 100 cc of warm water and a teaspoon of honey or a pinch of sugar. Let it rise and foam, while we gather the other ingredients.
3. For the final preparation of the sweet bread, we dissolve 90 gr. Of fresh yeast in 50 cc of warm milk, and let it rise. Apart, we mixed five eggs without beating them, along with 200 gr. Of white sugar, a teaspoon of malt extract, a teaspoon of salt and a little of vanilla essence, to flavor.
4. In a ceramic watermelon bowl of adequate size, we place the "sponge" and we incorporate of little 700 gr. Of flour. We incorporate the preparation of yeast, alternating with the flour. We began to knead with much energy, giving temperature to the mass. After about 10 to 15 minutes of kneading, we incorporated a stick of butter in ointment, and continue for 15 to 20 minutes. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, while we squeeze and drain the fruits.
6. Then, incorporate the fruits into the dough , and cover with film paper, to let it stand for at least an hour, in a dry and warm place.
We light the oven to preheat, and after this time we can place in the appropriate paper molds, oiled or with vegetable oil in dew. When placing the dough should not exceed one third of the volume of the mold.
7. With a folding fruit knife we mark a cross on the top, and leave it half an hour inside the mold. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the temperature and the size of the product, whether it is sweet bread or pudding.
8. When removing from the oven we can bathe with chocolate, paint with syrup, or place decoration prepared with impalpable sugar and a few drops of lemon juice.
